In addition to engineering, implementation planning, construction and procurement, our range of services also includes the manufacturing and delivery of the entire plant technology as well as installation. We also take care of the commissioning of the mechanical and electrical equipment and the visualisation.
We at Eggersmann Plant Engineering are part of the Eggersmann Group: it emerged from the construction company Fechtelkord & Eggersmann, whose principle of " planning - building - operating" is also firmly rooted with us. We even plan, build and operate our own plants within the group and therefore know every aspect of waste treatment. We understand how to design plants in the most economical and efficient way. Due to our own biogas and composting plants, we in the Eggersmann Group also have considerable know-how as operators. The experience gained from day-to-day operation is contantly incorporated into the optimisation and new development of components.
The controls for all installations are designed by our own electrical department. Thus, the projects are carried out efficiently and we constantly develop procedures and components in the process.

We produce and erect as much as possible using segmental construction methods. We use suitably combined prefabricated elements not only in construction, but also in process engineering wherever possible. For example, our feed bunkers are also produced in modules that can be adapted at a later date. Segmented construction speeds up construction, facilitates transportation, reduces costs and also makes you flexible for the future. Our systems can be easily adapted and converted to meet changing requirements.
