Eggersmann FUEL Substitute Fuel

Our Eggersmann FUEL is a substitute fuel made from municipal waste that utilises the organic fraction to increase the calorific value by means of biological drying. It therefore has a significantly better quality than conventional substitute fuels and is perfectly suited for use in industry. In addition, the remaining landfill mass is also significantly reduced. What's more, the water in the biomass evaporates through the CONVAERO membrane, which is why only a very small proportion needs to be treated.

Thanks to a cutting gap that can be changed without tools and a screen basket system, you can use the BRT HARTNER ARCTOS pre-shredders to shred your material to the exactly to the required size . Different tool types allow the machine to be customised for specific applications.

The Eggersmann BACKHUS CON lane turners have been specially developed for turning lanes with CONVAERO membranes. They wind up the membrane at the front and unwind it again at the rear during turning. The wheels of the machines travel outside the lane, while the material is turned inside by the rotor.

BRT HARTNER D Dosing Hopper

The BRT HARTNER D dosing hopper ensures a particularly uniform material feed. The precisely tunable and sensor-controlled material flow can increase the efficiency of the entire process by up to 20 %. The machine can be used for a wide range of input streams, from waste paper to household waste and shredded tyres to electronic scrap and pulper tails.

Our BRT HARTNER BBS curved belt separators not only utilise falling and sinking behaviour, but also ballistic principles to separate different materials from one another. These complex machines are ideal for the ejection of film or plastic.

Electrical Overbelt Magnet

The electric overbelt magnet is a standard component. The powerful design ensures precise ferrous metal separation. It is therefore perfect for sorting out nails, hinges and staples from waste wood or removing ferrous metals from household waste, lightweight packaging and many other input streams.

Post-Shredder

Post-shredders reduce the size of the final grain one last time after processing. As a rule, these are high-speed machines with low torque, which bring an already pre-treated and therefore homogenised material fraction to a precisely defined final grain size. They are used, for example, to process waste wood into wood chips or light weigt packaging into substitute fuel.
