Bale Dewirer with Bale Breaker
Waste paper, plastics, PET bottles, RDF and many other materials are pressed into bales after initial mechanical treatment. This facilitates both transport and storage. However, the recyclable materials must first be opened and loosened up before further processing. The bales are held together by wires , which are under high pressure – removing them by hand is therefore not only time-consuming but also dangerous.
With this pre-processing system consisting of a bale dewirer and bale breaker, opening and loosening is not only safe, but also automated.
Simply feed in the bales and the system ensures that the material is fed homogeneously to the subsequent process steps.
