Bag Opener with Conveyor Belt
This simple and efficient solution makes it possible to prepare material delivered in garbage sacks for further processing. The bags are torn open and the loosened material can either be piled up or filled directly into containers and lorries.
Bag Opener with Container Filling on Both Sides
Would you like to fill two containers one after the other or alternately with different materials? The reversible conveyor belt on the turnstile makes both possible at the touch of a button.
Bag Opener and Screen Drum
With this combination of bag opener and screen drum, you not only tear open the bags, but also produce fractions according to screen cuts of your choice.

System Components
BRT HARTNER BO Bag Opener
The bag opener achieves a virtually 100% opening rate thanks to the relative movement of its two separately driven drum halves. Even bags inside the bags are opened as far as possible. The material is not shredded during the process, which also significantly reduces the risk of fire due to incorrectly placed batteries.
Conveyor Technology
This system solution also includes conveyor belts from our own production. We stock a wide range of different belt types and systems in order to offer the right solution for every system.
Turnstile
The turnstile is the solution for filling two containers – one after the other or alternately. The conveyor belt is reversible so that two containers can be filled with different materials using a pre-shredder. One push of a button is all it takes to switch between the containers.
Electrical Overbelt Magnet
The electric overbelt magnet is a standard component. The powerful design ensures precise ferrous metal separation. It is therefore perfect for sorting out nails, hinges and staples from waste wood or removing ferrous metals from household waste, lightweight packaging and many other input streams.
BRT HARTNER SD Screen Drum
The robust BRT HARTNER SD screen drum can be perfectly adapted to different requirements thanks to its interchangeable screening elements. With a choice of square or round holes of up to 300 mm, it is also perfect for screening coarse materials.
