Sorting Plant
This is a complete sorting plant with a mixture of manual and mechanical treatment.

Sorting Plant with NIR Sorting (Near Infrared)
This system combines classic manual sorting with high-performance machines and state-of-the-art NIR technology.

Sorting Plant with Two Processing Lines and NIR Sorting (Near Infrared)
This system also combines classic manual sorting with high-performance machines and state-of-the-art NIR technology for the best results in the separation of recyclable materials. However, the system has a second processing line that runs parallel to the first for twice the throughput.

Sorting Plant for Mixed Paperboard
This is a sorting plant specially designed for the professional separation of recyclable mixed paper (paper, cardboard and carton packaging). Not only are individual recyclable fractions of high purity formed by mechanical separation, but contaminants such as composite materials are also removed by means of optical detection.
→ Up to 10 tonnes of mixed paper per hour
The separation of recyclable materials into cleanly separated fractions is what makes real recycling possible. The higher the purity of the fractions, the better the quality of the secondary raw materials that can be produced from them. Variable System Layout
