Bale Dewirer with Bale Breaker
With this system, you can both dewire tightly compressed bales of paper, cardboard and cardboard packaging and loosen them up for subsequent treatment.
Small System for Fine Screening
With this sorting system, you can remove heavy contaminants from your mixed paper and separate it into different fractions according to size. Metals can also be removed. We recommend using a dewiring machine to open the bales beforehand.
Sorting Plant for Mixed Paper
This is a sorting system specially designed for the professional separation of recyclable mixed paper (paper, cardboard and cardboard packaging). The mechanical separation not only produces individual recyclable fractions of high purity, but also removes contaminants such as composite materials by means of optical detection.

Recyclable Paperboard
A largely closed recycling loop has long been possible for paper, cardboard and cardboard packaging. Depending on the type and contamination of the paper, cardboard and paperboard packaging, they can be used to produce new materials. Contaminants include staples, adhesives and varnishes as well as ink residues. However, recycling results in fibre shortening and loss, meaning that virgin fibres almost always have to be added.
