CONVAERO

Eggersmann FUEL Substitute Fuel
Biological drying using the CONVAERO membrane is also part of our Eggersmann FUEL process for the production of substitute fuel from municipal solid waste. By drying the organic fraction, this has a significantly higher calorific value than conventional substitute fuels and is perfectly suited for use industrial use. In addition, the remaining landfill mass is reduced even further. Only mechanical post-treatment is required.

BRT HARTNER ARCTOS Pre-Shredder
Thanks to a cutting gap that can be changed without tools and a screen basket system, you can use the BRT HARTNER ARCTOS pre-shredders to shred your material to the exactly to the required size . Different tool types allow the machine to be customised for specific applications.
Drying Lanes with CONVAERO Membrane
Biological dry stabilisation with semi-permeable CONVAERO membrane takes place in fixed lanes with aeration and drainage system in the soil.
Eggersmann BACKHUS CON Lane Turner
The Eggersmann BACKHUS CON lane turners have been specially developed for turning lanes with CONVAERO membranes. They wind up the membrane at the front and unwind it again at the rear during turning. The wheels of the machines travel outside the lane, while the material is turned inside by the rotor.
Conveyor Technology
This system solution also includes conveyor belts from our own production. We stock a wide range of different belt types and systems in order to offer the right solution for every system.
