If you decide to work with Eggersmann Anlagenbau (plant engineering), you can choese to receive the complete package from us as a general contractor. In addition to engineering, implementation planning, design and procurement, our range of services also includes the manufacture and delivery of the entire plant technology as well as installation. We also take care of the commissioning of both the mechanical as well as the electrical equipment, including visualisation and digital plant management.

Planning
Project Development
Are you planning the strategic expansion or new construction of a plant? Then contact us directly. We will work with you to analyse the input flows and market conditions in order to develop a concept that is as cost-effective as possible for you. We are also happy to utilise our existing contacts and our experience – for example to provide support in advance with purchase agreements for the substitute fuels you produce.
Plant Design
Whether modernisation, expansion or complete new construction – we are happy to take on the planning of your plant. Over the years, we have planned projects of various types and sizes, including highly complex plants. We specialise in mechanical and biological waste treatment plants of all kinds and we are one of the world's leading suppliers of dry fermentation plants with the BEKON processes.
Implementation Planning
For the smooth realisation of your plant, both the coordination of the various trades and the implementation of the individual construction phases must be precisely planned. We will be happy to take on this demanding task for you and ensure that the handover is completed on time.
Construction and Commissioning
Construction
Few plant manufacturers can offer not only the machine and process technology but also the construction of the required buildings. Through our sister companies Fechtelkord & Eggersmann and the BETONT precast factory, we can also cover this in parts of Germany. The buildings are planned and constructed in line with the requirements of the machine and process technology.
Assembly
The professional assembly of steel structures, conveyor technology and machinery is one of the key services in plant construction. With our experienced teams, we will carry out the assembly on schedule with the utmost care and quality, thus ensuring a long-lasting plant.
Steel Construction and Conveyor Technology
We not only take care of the planning and construction, but also manufacture the steel structure and conveyor technology ourselves at our two production sites in Bad Oeynhausen (DE) and Sepolno (PL). This enables us to achieve the highest quality for high availability.
Recycling Machines
We offer you stationary and mobile machines via our partners within Eggersmann Recycling Technology. The product range of BRT HARTNER includes key machines for a wide variety of process stages; from bag openers and different kinds of screening machines to digestate mixers. Through Eggersmann, we offer you shredding technology, lane as well as windrow turners
Control Technology
The entire control technology with the PLC and control technology is planned, installed and commissioned by our own team. This results in customised solutions that can be flexibly supplemented with adaptations or extensions. For special processes such as bunker and press management, we use special modules for efficient operation.
Commissioning
For us, commissioning is more than just testing whether your plant works as planned. We will take the time to optimise the individual system components for you. This ensures that you receive the plant that offers you the greatest possible benefit.
Operation
Digital Plant Management
With the ESA app, we offer a solution for comprehensive digital plant management. Not only can you get the maximum efficiency out of your system, but you can also significantly optimise work processes. The ESA app consists of various modules that are customised to the needs of the plant operator and the installed components.
Service
With our globally active service, we will continue to be there for you even after the system has been handed over. We will take care of your concerns as quickly as possible and will be happy to provide you with advice beyond the actual service case. This also applies to digital plant management.
Operation
Would you like someone to operate your plants for you after commissioning and take care not only of the property management but also of the entire process?
