Technical Data

The BRT HARTNER ST Trommel Screens are modifications of the mobile Eggersmann TERRA SELECT Screening Machines. The possible applications are diverse and range from compost, soil or wood to household waste or metals.

Trommel Screen

  • The material is transported within the trommel screen via a welded-in screw conveyor, the pitch and height of which is adapted to the screen material. The size of the stationary trommel screen is determined by the type of waste to be treated, the targeted throughput rate and the required final grain sizes.

  • Hole sizes up to a maximum of 80 mm
  • Choice of rectangular or round perforation
  • Internal screw conveyors
  • Horizontal arrangement
  • Exchangeable trommels

Options

  • Cleaning unit consisting of round brush and scraper
  • Screwed, exchangeable sieve elements
  • Electrical control with switch cabinet
  • Winding protection can be implemented with flat bars

Kinetic Energy

  • The rotary motion of the trommel transfers a high level of kinetic energy into the material. It is constantly thrown and turned. This results in an extreme loosening of the waste mass with optimum separation.
