The BRT HARTNER BPS waste paper separator is the best choice for an effective sorting process with high availability and low costs. It ensures the separation of cardboard and cardboard packaging from waste paper and the fine screening of contaminants from the mixed paper.

How does a Waste Paper Separator Work?

  • Waste paper falls through the paddle openings. Due to their rigidity, cardboard and cardboard packaging move upwards to the discharge point. The vertical acceleration mixes the material very thoroughly, resulting in good separation and a high separation quality. The design with several screen decks in a row supports the effectiveness. They are virtually tangle-free, easy to maintain and flexible to use.

Paddles and Bearings

  • Screw-on screen plates
  • Central lubrication system
  • Bearings can be replaced without removing the shaft
  • Shock absorber for each paddle
  • Can be used for coarse and fine screening

Drive

  • The BRT HARTNER BPS Ballistic Classifier is driven by a geared motor with frequency converter, and the torque is transmitted directly via the paddles.
