The BRT HARTNER AS Automatic Sorter is a high-performance, automatic system for the optical sorting of packaging, plastics, metals and similar materials. It is ideal for use in the recovery of substitute fuels, separation of plastic types, removal of contaminants or in pre-treatment for chemical recycling.

Precise Separation Using Compressed Air

The material is fed to the sorting module in an evenly spread manner on an acceleration belt. The predefined materials are recognised by the sensors and the corresponding objects are removed from the material flow by a blast of compressed air.

Optimum performance thanks to the latest HSI (Hyperspectral Imaging) camera with the highest resolution as standard
→ Why HSI and not NIR? Because an HSI camera provides much more information and much more meaningful images. Even the material composition is captured.
