In order to be able to press closed PET bottles or other high-density plastic containers, they must be perforated. BRT HARTNER PS/PD perforators are used for this purpose.
Ideal for Retrofitting
- The PET Perforator can be installed in the discharge area of a manual sorting system or above a mobile feed belt to the baling press. Free-standing machines with feed hopper and substructure are also possible.
Interchangeable Tools
- Blades made of special steel guarantee a long service life. They can be resharpened or easily replaced. The robust design of the machines even allows them to be used as glass breakers.
Different Versions
- The BRT HARTNER PS/PD are available in three lengths as single and double perforators.
Semi-Mobile Small Systems
- A complete, semi-mobile solution is provided for universal use. It consists of a perforator, a hopper with frame and a control unit and is positioned above the feed belt to presses or containers. It can be filled using a wheel loader.
