Shredding Unit

  • The spiral-arranged tools of the durable Marathon rotor make the best possible use of the torque. Maximum pressure is exerted on the material.

Reversing Rotor

  • The hydromechanical drive reverses the motor in the event of resistance. This makes the TEUTON extremely efficient – even with difficult materials – and offers protection against interfering objects.

Maintenance

  • The fully illuminated engine compartment is easily accessible thanks to the large maintenance doors.

Screwed Tools

  • Easily replaceable rotor tools
  • Double screw connection for secure hold

Shredding Hood

  • The hydraulically swing-out shredding hood gives you free access to the working area.

Cutting Gap Adjustment

  • You can choose between six different settings for a predefined end grain. 

Tool-free Change

  • No tools are required for the adjustment of the cutting gap.

Rear Conveyor Belt

  • Infinitely adjustable discharge height (max. 5 m)
  • Extra wide conveyor belts for blockage-free discharge

Large Infeed Area

  • Whether wheel loader or crane - with its 4.5 m wide loading area, the Z 60 is very easy and quick to load.

  • Ecospray material humidification reduces dust emissions and lowers the possibility of material inflammation.

Overband Magnet

  • Extra strong neodymium version
  • Hydraulically height-adjustable
  • Material discharge possible on both sides

Various Rotor Tools

  • Mulitgrip - Unigrip - Twincut - Rootgrip: Choose between four different rotor tools for different applications. The tools are also available with hardfacing for extra durability.
