Optimal Infeed

  • A raiseable and lowerable hopper enables you to feed the machine quickly and easily using a wheel loader. The hopper hydraulics can be conveniently operated by radio remote control.

Easy Maintenance

  • Large maintenance doors allow you free access to the engine.

Overband Magnet

  • The liftable and lowerable magnet can eject metals on both sides. 

Intuitive Control

  • A number of individual programs allow you to adjust the shredding process to your material. It is also possible to create your own programs. Operation is either via the intuitive Eggersmann One-Logic interface or via the 10-channel radio remote control.

Multifunctional Rotor Tools

  • The shafts of the F 38 are equipped with multifunctional rotor tools for efficiency in a wide range of applications. Either of the two shafs has 40 shredding tools.

Individually Adjustable Shafts

Both the direction of the rotation and the speed of the shafts can be adjusted individually. This means that they not only have a self-cleaning effect, but are also ideal if there is a risk of winding.

Material Moistening

  • Ecospray material humidification reduces dust emissions and lowers the possibility of material inflammation.

Hopper Extension

  • Would you like to be able to load even more material even more quickly and easily? We offer you a hopper extension for this purpose. This can of course also be combined with the automatic lifting and lowering function.

Definable Grain Size

  • You can determine the size of the end grain with the after breakrer bars. You can choose between 120 mm, 150 mm, 300 mm and 500 mm. 

Quick Change of the After Braker Bars

  • The after breakrer bars can be changed without tools - the process takes less than 10 minutes thanks to the hydraulic mounting and locking mechanism.
