The FORUS F 25 pre-shredder is suitable for all types of refuse and wood. Household, bulk, or commercial waste, plastic sheet, paper and electronic waste are shredded just as effortlessly as reclaimed and demolition timber, green waste and root stocks. The final particle size varies from 0 to 500 mm, and is always dependent on the input material and the crushing beam selected. This can be raised and lowered hydraulically and is available from type A1 to A5, depending on requirements.
The final grain sizes and throughputs of the shredder can be adjusted and optimised from 0 mm to 500 mm within just 10 minutes, depending on the application, by means of a hydraulic, modular secondary crushing beam system.
Pre-Shredder in individual versions
The shredding unit of the mobile shredder can be easily adapted to the material and the required final particle size. The tools for the two rotors, the planetary gears for the drive and the type of crushing beam can be freely selected. Both rotors are independent from each other in their rotating direction and rotational speed.
With a vloume of 4 m³ the large lift hopper allows for quick and easy filling of the pre-shredder by wheeled loader or excavator. The magnet, above the belt of the slow-running unit is also included. This can also be moved or adjusted using the hydraulic system. Similarly, the discharge system allows for a material discharge height of 3,200 mm.
Service and maintenance are an easy task with the FORUS F 25 pre-shredder. The generous maintenance doors ensure easier access to all components associated with inspection. And even changing the crushing shaft is not an issue with this machine.
The simple, user-friendly and intelligent control design ensures maximum machine availability with optimum utilisation. The performance and fill level parameters as well as error messages and maintenance intervals are displayed digitally and ensure trouble-free and reliable machine operation or shredding process.
