Eggersmann Recycling Technology strategically expands its product range
Halle Westfalen (Germany), 3rd of February 2025: The Eggersmann Impaktor GmbH is now selling the compact Eggersmann IMPAKTOR twin shaft shredder. Depending on the version, the mobile machine is available as a crusher or shredder and can be converted at any time.
Crushing with the original
‘We are delighted to be able to offer customers around the world the original as the Eggersmann IMPAKTOR from now on thanks to our collaboration with Norbert Hammel!’ says Karlgünter Eggersmann as Managing Director regarding the cooperation. ‘The machine has often been copied but never equaled – the original is simply better.’ The Eggersmann IMPAKTOR can process mineral material such as construction waste or concrete, making it the first crusher in the product range of the Eggersmann Recycling Technology. ‘The Eggersmann IMPAKTOR is also the entry-level solution for mobile shredding. Together with the FORUS and TEUTON, the Eggersmann Recycling Technology can now offer shredders in every performance class,’ explains Karlgünter Eggersmann. The mobile machine has both tracks and a hook lift bracket. A magnetic separator with collection basket and a humidification system to prevent dust formation and the risk of fire are also part of the functional standard equipment. For €162,500, the Eggersmann IMPAKTOR is already available with functional equipment either locally from partners or on the website.
Flexible in use due to shaft change
In contrast, the additional options are limited to the necessary specialisation options for different applications. For example, different shaft types are available for the Eggersmann IMPAKTOR so that it can be used both as a crusher and as a shredder. For a more precise definition of the end product, there are also screen baskets as alternatives to the standard breaker bars. However, the latter already enable a basic determination of the grain size. The simple shaft changing system allows quick and flexible changeover of the Eggersmann IMPAKTOR between these applications. The machine can therefore be applied not only for processing concrete and construction waste, but also for treating waste wood, bulky waste or even green waste. ‘With the Eggersmann IMPAKTOR, we want to give contractors in particular the opportunity to expand their range of services with low capital commitment,’ adds Karlgünter Eggersmann.
