Partnership in mineral processing

Moerschen Mobile Aufbereitung GmbH and Eggersmann Impaktor GmbH have announced a partnership. Moerschen will become the exclusive dealer for the mineral processing solutions of Eggersmann in western Germany.

“We are delighted to have secured Moerschen as a distributor for our jaw and impact crushers,” explains Pascal Petermann, Managing Director at Eggersmann. “Moerschen has many years of experience and a high level of expertise in mineral processing. Its staff are highly regarded in the market for their expertise. Additionally, they have an extensive sales network, a strong rental business and excellent service – Moerschen is therefore exactly the partner we want at our customers’ side.” In addition to mobile crushers and screening machines, Moerschen Mobile Aufbereitung also offers specialised attachments for demolition excavators, as well as stockpile conveyors and a float/sink separator – the latter two machines are even developed and manufactured in-house. This makes Moerschen a full-range supplier for mobile mineral processing. Moerschen Managing Director, Sven Brookshaw expressed his confidence in the quality of the Eggersmann machines: “The Eggersmann brand has long been known in the market for their professional recycling solutions. The ROKTEC JC 900 and ROKTEC IC 1000 jaw and impact crushers that have been newly launched over the course of the last year more than meet the particularly high demands of mineral processing. With their comprehensive standard equipment, numerous customisation options and powerful drives, they will offer real added value for our customers.” Brookshaw also emphasises that the machines reflect current trends in requirements and are therefore particularly future-oriented: “The market is changing and demand for electric and hybrid solutions is rising steadily; we are delighted to have secured a German supplier with Eggersmann. In particular, the conveying capabilities of electrically powered systems are a key factor in choosing a supplier these days.”

An important step in the expansion of the minerals business

Various companies are grouped under the Eggersmann brand. Together, they offer not only mobile and stationary machinery as well as pre-defined processing lines as system solutions, but also tailor-made plants of any scale as a turnkey contractor. Through Eggersmann Impaktor, the mobile machinery business has been expanded to include mineral processing applications since early 2025. With Moerschen, this still-young enterprise has now secured a long-established company specialising in mineral processing as its first exclusive distribution partner. The Moerschen Group thus also operates a plant engineering division alongside its mobile machinery business. This division focuses on the stationary processing of sand, gravel, crushed stone and secondary construction materials.
 

The new Eggersmann ROKTEC JC 900 jaw crusher is now also available from Moerschen – it was launched on the market just before IFAT Munich in May.
