On October 1, 2021, the contractually agreed cooperation between Eggersmann GmbH and its new service partner for mobile recycling machines, Land & Technik - Service GmbH, came into force.
Based in Lutherstadt Eisleben, LuTS will now provide proactive service, repairs and maintenance for all Eggersmann GmbH mobile machines (shredders, screening machines, compost turners) in the 04,06,07,08,09,14,38,39,99 zip code areas. The company also acts as a service hub with its own consignment warehouse.
Land & Technik - Service GmbH (LuTS) has more than 70 years of experience in servicing agricultural and construction machinery, commercial vehicles and municipal technology. The company also has its own design and metal construction department, for example for the production of 18-ton trailers. Around 40 dedicated employees are currently working for the company under the leadership of Managing Director Manfred Pollin and are already looking forward to working with their colleagues at Eggersmann GmbH.
"With LuTS, we have a strong partner at our side to offer our customers the best possible service. Eggersmann machines can be reconditioned directly in the LuTS workshop. Our new service offers, such as our Eggersmann Telematic, a remote maintenance tool that enables the user or machine dispatcher to access the machine remotely at any time, are also supported by LuTS," explains Rinus Verstraete, Service Manager at Eggersmann GmbH.
