Partnership for the Benelux Countries
Over the past two years, the Eggersmann brand for Recycling Technology has expanded its portfolio to include a range of solutions for mineral processing. DMT Equipment, an expert in earthmoving and mineral processing, is now taking over distribution in the Benelux countries.

Expansion of the Recycling Range
“DMT has made a name for itself in the market, particularly through its technical expertise,” explains Pascal Petermann, Managing Director of Eggersmann Impaktor GmbH. “This is particularly evident in the bespoke engineering of specialised machinery to meet customer requirements. Dealers with such in-depth understanding of technology are rare. This is a clear advantage for our customers.” DMT has its own development department and therefore also sells self-designed and in-house manufactured machinery. At the same time, the company acts as a dealer for other brands. It can thus offer a wide range of solutions for earthmoving and mining equipment. The new partnership encompasses not only the distribution of the Eggersmann ROKTEC IC 1000 impact crusher and the JC 900 jaw crusher, but also the Eggersmann BLUE SELECT 15.44 trommel screen and the Eggersmann C 14 primary shredder. The impact and jaw crushers are used both in open-cast mining as well as in the recycling of construction waste and road surfacing. Whilst the jaw crusher is applied in the primary crushing of hard minerals, the impact crusher produces fitting particle sizes for use as substitute building material. Together with the compact Eggersmann BLUE SELECT 15.44 trommel screen, DMT now offers the full range of components for a mobile mineral recycling line. “Eggersmann’s jaw and impact crushers are of particular interest to us,” emphasises DMT CEO Thijs Dumortier. “Not only because these are professional machines with many detailed solutions and possible adjustments, but also specifically because of the two drive options.” The standard configuration of both the Eggersmann ROKTEC IC 1000 and the JC 900 allows for processing via diesel operation or a mains power connection. According to Dumortier, this is becoming increasingly important in the market: “Thanks to the diesel drive our customers can use the equipment flexibly anywhere. At the same time, however, they can also use fixed power connections for locally emission-free operation – particularly with rising diesel prices, this offers real added value.”

Aiming for a Long-Term Partnership
Over the past few decades, the Eggersmann brand has established itself as one of the leading full-service providers of recycling technology and, in addition to mobile and stationary machines, also offers system solutions as well as plant construction as a main contractor. The brand entered the mineral processing business in early 2025 and has been expanding it continuously ever since. They had only just succeeded in securing Moerschen Mobile Aufbereitung GmbH – an experienced mineral processing specialist in western Germany – and with DMT, the expansion of the sales network is now set to continue. The desired aim of both companies is to establish a long-term sales partnership covering the entire Benelux region. “We see great potential here for both sides and are already looking forward to working together,” emphasises Petermann.
Sales of the mobile shredders, screening machines and turners for non-mineral waste treatment of Eggersmann GmbH as well as stationary machines and system solutions from BRT Hartner GmbH will continue to be handled by the Van Laecke Group – a successful partnership that has been in place for many years.
