Eggersmann with a surprise at bauma
alle Westfalen (Germany), 8th April 2025: Right at the start of bauma, Eggersmann unveiled a surprise with the introduction of the BLUE SELECT 15.44. From now on, the mobile trommel screen machine will be offered via the Eggersmann Impaktor GmbH and can also be seen on the company trade fair stand (FN 1016/12).
BLUE SELECT as a supplement to Eggersmann IMPAKTOR
With the BLUE SELECT 15.44, the 15.44 trommel screen machines from Screenbee will be available in the colours of the Eggersmann Recycling Technology from now on. This licence agreement was ceremoniously announced by the managing directors of the companies involved at the opening of the trade fair. ‘We were looking for a suitable screening machine to team up with our Eggersmann IMPAKTOR and the BLUE SELECT 15.44 is the perfect addition,’ explained Pascal Petermann, the general manager of the Eggersmann Impaktor GmbH. ’We can now offer a complete solution for mobile crushing and screening in the same price-performance class.’ With the Eggersmann IMPAKTOR, the company had already announced that it was expanding the Eggersmann brand product portfolio to include an entry-level solution for mobile crushing and shredding. ‘Managing director Tomasz Łukasz Salamon of Screenbee Engineering sp. z o.o. sees the cooperation as an opportunity to expand his companies market position: ‘Eggersmann Recycling Technology is one of the world’s leading full-service providers in recycling. For us, the cooperation therefore means opening completely new markets.’
Affordable through innovation
The BLUE SELECT 15.44 is a compact trommel screen machine in the 4-metre class. From pre-shredded materials such as waste wood, construction waste, green waste or household waste to compost, glass, soil and plastics, the BLUE SELECT 15.44 is suitable for the separation of various materials. The machine has an inexpensive basic configuration, with various upgrade options available. These include a lighting package consisting of two LED lights, extra-long fine-grain belts for particularly high stock piles, a stone grid against heavy impurities and a hopper extension for more volume and even easier material infeed.
The machines are furthermore not only available with a hook lift, but also with tracks or on a trailer. All versions have an identical screening machine body, which can then be mounted on the corresponding base frame or simply used as a stationary machine as required. This concept makes a significant contribution to reducing production costs and proves to be particularly customer-friendly, as the machine can be converted at any time without a visit to a workshop. All variants are hybrid and can be operated with both diesel and electricity.
The third innovation in three months
The licence agreement with Norbert Hammel for the Eggersmann IMPAKTOR was only announced in February. This was followed in March by the market launch of the Eggersmann C 14: the world’s first top-mounted shredder for containers and skips to optimise volume before transport. With the BLUE SELECT 15.44, the Eggersmann Recycling Technology continues along this path of low-cost entry-level solutions.
